Corrective Exercise Session

Corrective exercises are used to help assess and determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance, and total body coordination. Through an understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics, corrective exercises are used to understand and address movement patterns to improve overall quality of movement. Through this session I seek to help people with acute and chronic injuries, and teach both bodyweight and weighted exercises focused on increasing strength, mobility, and stability. I also teach self-myofascial release (SMFR) techniques using tools such as foam rollers and lacrosse balls.
